User-Generated Content

Content submitted by users on AixHubio’s platform is subject to specific ownership and responsibility terms.

Users retain ownership of their original content but grant AixHubio a non-exclusive license to use it for service provision purposes.

This license allows AixHubio to reproduce, modify, and display user content within the scope of providing AI-related services.

Users are solely responsible for their content and must ensure it does not infringe on third-party rights or violate laws.

AixHubio may remove user content that violates policies or legal requirements without prior notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to AixHubio’s software, branding, and innovations are owned or licensed exclusively to us.
